We’re a team of creatives, strategists and PRs who came together to build an agency that stood for more than yesterday’s newspaper.
We started out as a volunteer initiative at the height of the COVID pandemic. We could see thousands of talented people across creative and comms being furloughed or made redundant and too many businesses, charities and not-for-profit organisations that were desperate for creative or comms support.
So we hatched Look After to do exactly what it said on the tin; Look After those who needed to be heard.
Our work saw major brands come together to help provide food and drink for the homeless, saw us generate national attention for initiatives including workplace COVID testing and a first of its kind Oximeter delivery service, and brought together over 200 volunteers to guide charities through the crisis.
Fast forward 6 months and we evolved into a business, taking all our integrity, passion and drive to ‘do good’ with us. All of us at Look After are experienced, diverse in skills, but aligned in values, combining strategic insight with fresh and ambitious thinking to create campaigns that make a real difference.
Who We Are
Previously at Frank, Nic worked on numerous award-winning campaigns including Burger King’s Meltdown and Whopper Bus. Before this, Nic led the marketing and comms for a prop-tech start up, managing their digital advertising, PR activations, content creation and social media. Nic founded Look After on April Fools' Day.
Felix started his career as a journalist before moving into brand consultancy where he worked with BMW, Samsung, Microsoft and Gareth Bale. He spent four years running his own business, building it into one of the most recognisable student brands, before joining Nic at the height of the Coronavirus outbreak to launch and co-manage Look After's original volunteer initiative.
Scarlett has over a decade of comms experience across PR, social, content and influencer. She began her career at Ogilvy, before moving to Frank. While there, she headed up accounts across FMCG, retail, tech and not-for-profits and led some of the most ambitious projects the agency had ever undertaken. Scarlett oversees every account and the execution of LA work.
Graham is the Founder and Chairman of Frank, one of the UK’s most respected and consistently award-winning consumer public relations consultancies. With the requisite grey hair, his role at Look After will be to provide strategic counsel, advice, mentoring and support to the executive management team.
