SCARLETT STEPHENS-SMITH

FOUNDER

Previously at Frank, Nic worked on numerous award-winning campaigns including Burger King’s Meltdown and Whopper Bus. Before this, Nic led the marketing and comms for a prop-tech start up, managing their digital advertising, PR activations, content creation and social media. Nic founded Look After on April Fools' Day.

FELIX HENDERSON

CO-FOUNDER

Felix started his career as a journalist before moving into brand consultancy where he worked with BMW, Samsung, Microsoft and Gareth Bale. He spent four years running his own business, building it into one of the most recognisable student brands, before joining Nic at the height of the Coronavirus outbreak to launch and co-manage Look After's original volunteer initiative.

CO-FOUNDER

Scarlett has over a decade of comms experience across PR, social, content and influencer. She began her career at Ogilvy, before moving to Frank. While there, she headed up accounts across FMCG, retail, tech and not-for-profits and led some of the most ambitious projects the agency had ever undertaken. Scarlett oversees every account and the execution of LA work.

GRAHAM GOODKIND

NON-EXEC CHAIRMAN

Graham is the Founder and Chairman of Frank, one of the UK’s most respected and consistently award-winning consumer public relations consultancies. With the requisite grey hair, his role at Look After will be to provide strategic counsel, advice, mentoring and support to the executive management team.

This year we’ve seen unprecedented change across the globe. It's caused us to look at how the industry operates and rewrite the playbook; putting greater emphasis on flexibility, tailored services and looking after the world.

 

Originally a volunteer network of over 250 comms professionals looking after charities through the Covid-19 crisis, Look After is now a dynamic agency with a unique structure, that continues to drive change.

 

Our core team are supported by an ever-growing network of freelance specialists. We pull in expertise across all areas of creative and comms, allowing us to tailor-make teams for any project, in a truly full-service capacity.

 

But we’re not forgetting our roots. Working collaboratively with clients to make a genuine, positive impact on the world continues to be our primary shared mission.
